Tuppo Shopping connects customers with sellers and delivery partners to ensure timely and reliable delivery of orders across Tanzania.


2. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to:

  • Dar es Salaam (same-day / next-day delivery)

  • Other regions in Tanzania (standard delivery)

Delivery availability may vary depending on seller location and logistics coverage.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Same-Day Delivery: Within 24 hours (selected areas)

  • Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days (Dar es Salaam)

  • Upcountry Delivery: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational factors.


4. Order Processing

  • Sellers are responsible for preparing orders promptly

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation (or COD confirmation)

  • Delays in processing may affect delivery timelines


5. Shipping Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, size, or weight of the item

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before order confirmation


6. Tracking Orders

Customers can:

  • Track order status via the app or website

  • Receive notifications for order updates and delivery progress


7. Failed Deliveries

A delivery may fail if:

  • The customer is unavailable

  • Incorrect address or contact details are provided

In such cases:

  • Redelivery may be attempted

  • Additional charges may apply


8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Customers may choose to pay upon delivery where available

  • Exact payment is recommended

  • Riders will provide confirmation upon successful payment


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide proof (photos/videos)

Tuppo will assist in resolving the issue with the seller.


10. Role of Tuppo

Tuppo acts as a marketplace intermediary:

  • Sellers handle product preparation

  • Delivery partners handle logistics

  • Tuppo coordinates and supports the process


11. Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural events (rain, floods, etc.)

  • Traffic or road conditions

  • External logistics disruptions


12. Changes to Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updates.
