Return & Refund Policy

Tuppo Shopping aims to provide a smooth and fair shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our platform and outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

Return requests must be made within [7 days] of delivery.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by delivery

  • Products without original packaging or accessories

  • Personal care items (if opened)

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Clearance or final sale items (if specified)


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact support via phone or email

  2. Provide order details and reason for return

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

  4. Return the item as directed

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued if:

  • The returned item passes inspection

  • The return meets all eligibility conditions

Refund methods:

  • Mobile money / bank transfer

  • Original payment method (where applicable)

6. Replacement

Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund where available. Replacement depends on product availability from the seller.


7. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to seller error (wrong/damaged item), return shipping is free

  • If the return is due to customer preference, customer bears shipping cost


8. Role of Tuppo

Tuppo acts as a marketplace intermediary:

  • Sellers are responsible for product quality

  • Tuppo may assist in resolving disputes

  • Tuppo reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests


9. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unreachable customer:

  • Redelivery may incur additional charges

  • Refunds may exclude delivery fees


10. Fraud & Abuse

Tuppo reserves the right to:

  • Deny returns suspected of abuse

  • Suspend accounts involved in fraudulent claims


11. Changes to Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updates.
